Fluffy you can get Budweiser over here. Not sure why you’d want to drink it though. I have a feeling that it might be one of those situations where the brew is different for the exported stuff and what they sell locally.

Yeah, I don’t get why non-US peeps seem to love Budweiser. I remember seeing Iron Maiden on Headbanger’s Ball back in the Adam Curry days bragging how they had cases flown in. WTF? Too watery to even get a good buzz IMO. They don;t even make Bud Ice anymore, which was their only decent product.

Yeah we do get Budweiser and Millers in Australia – Millers isn’t bad. We also get Millers Chill which is one of the beers I like. Like RPT – I’m thinking that it’s a different brew out here compared to the US. Apparently that’s the case with Fosters in the US.
What a great show – thanks for the plug Fluffy – we have, out of respect for DGR, changed our name to Game On! Australia. Appreciate the mention buddy.

@RPT, @Awesomeo316, i only found US beers after i got back and that was only at bigger stores like Dan Murpheys and 1st choice. None of the stores I usually went to carried it.
after the show i had some better beers though

For Everyone who will ask me this question. This applies to Gamestop only.
The trade-in deal for the slim 360 will last until the end of the month but it only applies at purchase not before. The pre-order shipment is the 9th and if you don’t have it pre-ordered the next shipment on the 17th will be the next time they will come in. With the 17th shipment and every shipment later it is first come first serve. The stores cannot gaurantee a console for you if you haven’t pre-ordered it.

YOU EFFING ROCK! As one of the pleabs who went to you for advice I am truly grateful that I can get the straight skinny from someone who appearantly knows what they are talking about. I went to THREE different GameStops up here in MPLS and got THREE different answers including the “we aren’t doing that anymore.” I knew that wasn’t correct so I had to rub the lamp and get an answer. I will say this, GameStop is damn lucky to have you.
@Fluffy, I will send you the dry cleaning bill from my wetting myself after listening to this podcast. I’ll do my best to be at the next MGC my friend.
