The arrival of a breathalyzer to the DGR studio has resulted in the need for what can only be called “sober-up time”. What better way to spend that quality time than with an episode of After Hours?

Long time listener, first time commenting and I just have to say, this was an awesome show. Having just come out of a long relationship and wondering if it could get any worse, you guys provided the answer, and it made me laugh -so- flipping hard. It really made my day, and (god it sounds cheesy but) the future a little brighter. I salute you, gentlemen!

Sometimes I wish my friends would hook me up. Being a night owl in Utah makes meeting women a little bit tricky.
However, it’s stories like these that make me simultaneously glad that they generally don’t make the attempt.
One time though, a friend’s new girlfriend tried to hook me up with one of her friends. I was all down for meeting this chick, and we set up a double date. Well, I got stood up (thankfully,) because she had messaged her ex to tell him she was going on this blind date thing. It ended up with them wanting to try and work things out, and thus cancelling on the date.
The part that makes this insane? This ex-boyfriend she decided to try and hook back up with was an abusive SOB who at one point actually put her in the hospital. And she’s trying to patch up the relationship? That kind of crazy, is not for me, thanks.

Damn I was laughing so hard during the Thanksgiving story. DGR After Hours is without a doubt the funniest f-cking podcast I’ve ever heard. You guys should keep up the current trend of getting too drunk to drive home and just record an After Hours every week.

Someone hooked me up on a blind date not long ago, worst thing that could have happened, she was 15 years older than me and not in a MILF or cougar kind of way but more like a goomba from the Mario Bros. movie with blonde hair, not a fun date. I never called back
