The film doesn't pretend to be anything else but an over the top romp of awesomeness. No you can't physically do half the things shown in the movie. (Like make a kiddie merry-go-round spin by shooting it) But that makes it more of a comic movie than anything, and I for one appreciated it. (and no giant robots with testicals to be found here either) I did ask myself, "why is Paul Giamatti in the flick?" He's perfect in his role and is clearly just having fun.
