I'm an amateur sushi chef myself - we even did it as a weekly thing, every Friday for almost a year until the expense just got too much. I'd do some crazy rolls sometimes with peaches or apples and brown rice. That's the great thing about doing it yourself, you can make whatever you want. That’s awesome. They have a table for the ingredients at the end of every recipe that just makes more sense to me in a visual way, and loads of pictures of stuff being put together.
